Kimmilyn
I first met Kimmilyn early 2005 when I received a call from her stating she was on the welcome committee of the Silicon Valley Capital Club and wanted to meet with me to introduce herself and personally welcome me to the business membership and social club. When I received the call for the invite my first thought was, what a pleasant surprise, but I really don’t need spoon feeding from the club, I’ll find my way around Ok.
Needless to say, Kimmi’s pleasantness and real commitment to her position assured me that getting to know more about the club with a one-on-one introduction would have many benefits and perhaps save me from needing to inquire knowledge at a future time. In her humble words I clearly remember her saying, Mr. Jamerson, what time works best for you and I will adjust my schedule accordingly to meet with you. How could I possibly refuse? And I’m sure you can figure what a successful meeting it was.
It wasn’t long after our extended conversations that I knew I had met someone really special. You could easily see from her smile and mannerism that she was confident and intellectually intelligent. We spoke at length on various subjects, but mainly she stayed focused on my business and allowed me to thoroughly engage her with my product designs until each of us realized that this was well worth the while.
As our meeting engagement came to an end and I headed for the door, I turned and asked, have you ever modeled, because I really would enjoy working with you and I believe you could bring so much life to my Watch Designs. She humbly smiled and said I can help you if really mean it. She happily accepted my offer and I was grateful that she did and for meeting Kimmilyn ever since.
And so I dedicate a page to my Friend, GGITIME Ambassador, and Model Ms. Kimmilyn.
The Woman behind Intellect and Beauty LLC
Tired of seeing so many women and girls get caught up in society’s stereotypes about being pretty but dumb and being smart but fashionably challenged, Kimmilyn decided to take matters into her own hands and started i & b in 2008.
Her mission is to debunk the notion of being pretty but dumb and being smart but fashionably challenged and encourage her clients to embrace being intelligent and beautiful.
Kimmilyn has been in the modeling industry for over twelve years and has worked with many well recognized clients including: GGITIME Fine Watches, Joie de Vivre Hotels, Visa, Sterling Commerce, PG&E, Safeway, Macys, Redkin, MAC Cosmetics, and Iridesse of Tiffany & Co. She has also appeared in commercials and films for: Volkswagen, Oroville Adult Education, and Girls For A Change.
Early in her career, Kimmilyn competed in many beauty and talent competitions and has received multiple awards and titles. She is professionally trained in Vocal, TV/Commercial and Runway. Kimmilyn is still actively modeling and is represented by BOOM Models & Talent in San Francisco as well as Halvorson Model Management in San Jose, California.
In addition to her modeling career she also manages a successful career in banking and has received international recognition for her contributions to the industry including being ranked Top 40 Under 40 in the Silicon Valley and honored as a Woman of Distinction in Finance and Banking. She holds a Bachelors in Business Management from San Jose State University and a Masters in Leadership from St. Mary’s College. She spends countless hours giving back to the community specifically to organizations focused on the empowerment of women and girls.
In the words of one the most famous icons of personal style and philanthropy:
“For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.” ~ Audrey Hepburn
Kimmilyn’s passion for fashion and philanthropy led her to create i & b as a source of inspiration for women to believe in themselves and know that they have more to offer than just a pretty face.

Latest Photo-Shoot For GGITIME
This impromptu shoot was set to highlight young aspiring model Howard Baker of WA, DC who was visiting the Bay Area and working on his Model Mayhem Portfolio. Ms Kimmilyn who’s advice and professionalism created a synergy of unexpected chemistry and turned the shoot into a great experience not only for Howard but for fashion Photographer Tony Powell. I’m always amazed at how easily things go when Kim is on the set, whether it’s helping in creative direction or giving a hand to the photographer. Her professionalism is always to be admired.
The softer side of Kimmi is seen here and with Howard sporting Urban Picasso Brand Watches were easily captured by Photographer Tony. While GGITIME owner tries his skills at capturing Tony in a classic artistic pose.
I Get A Call
Several weeks ago I get a call from Kimmi asking me if I was available to come to a fashion show. So I ask who’s fashion show and where? She says I’m giving it in tandem with a friend and celebrating a fine jewelry stores customer appreciation day and would you come and photograph for me. Hey, I know we’re friends and all, but take photos? Can’t I just come there and support your effort in this new venture of excitement, you know, check out the ladies. :-)
Well I checked out the ladies alright, through the lens of my camera. I hope I did an Ok job, however, I have a feeling she won’t be using my photography skills in the near future. But I made a promise to myself that I would spend some time learning this trade, and will one day, be someone that can be dependent upon in a time of need for all your photography solutions. Yeah, sure I will.
As I mentioned earlier, this page is dedicated to my friend Ms Kimmilyn. You’re all welcome to add to this page and I encourage you to do so. She is an inspiration to many and deserves her place among greatness that she will obtain. You can ask how I know this and I’ll simply say “because I know”.
